Il team Servetto Footon nella stagione 2014 e il team pro di Gianetti che lanciò Selle Smp

Inizia a prendere forma a scuderia Selle SMP per la stagione su strada 2015. In campo femminile Franco e Maurizio Schiavon hanno aggiunto una nuova realtà, giovane e ambiziosa che guarda ai Giochi di Rio de Janeiro 2016. Le biciclette della squadra Elite femminile italiana Servetto-Footon saranno equipaggiate dalla casa di Casalserugo (Pd). Il team piemontese di Asti presieduto da Stefano Bortolato e diretto da Dario Rossino e dal neo ds Luisiana Pegoraro (la ex ciclogirls arriva da 4 stagioni alla guida della Alè Cipollini e da 3 alla Guass) e sostenuto da patron Ezio Terragni, rappresenterà il secondo club italiano griffato Selle Smp. Servetto-Footon si aggiunge infatti alla formazione toscana Michela Fanini. L’intesa raggiunta nelle scorse settimane rappresenta un doppio ritorno in Piemonte dopo l’esperienza sostenuta nel recente passato con la Chirio-Forno d’Asolo. Mentre per il marchi Servetto e Footon si tratta di un ritorno alle origini essendo Selle Smp già stato partner tecnico nella stagione 2010 della team maschile Pro Tour diretto da Mauro Gianetti che di fatto segnò l’ingresso nel grande ciclismo dell’azienda padovana. Adesso, dopo un paio di stagioni di rodaggio, il team astigiano rosa alza l’asticella e presenta un organico di tutto rispetto dopo gli innesti dell’inverno. Tra le new entry due forti russe. La campionessa nazionale crono e linea Tatiana Antoshina e la quotata ed esperta Elena Kuchinskaya (primo posto tra le russe nel ranking Uci) entrambe prelevate dal team RusVelo. Di rilievo anche l’innesto della bergamasca regina delle granfondo Manuela Sonzogni. Quindi ecco la vicentina Michela Pavin che nelle ultime due stagioni ha militato nel team Alè-Cipollini e le neoprofessioniste Silvia Folloni, piemontese proviene dal Piemonte in Rosa-Fiorin e la scalatrice emiliana Elena Franchi proviene dal Valcar. Già sostenuto ad Asti il primo ritiro stagionale in vista delle debutto fissato in Argentina al Tour de San Luìs (11-16 gennaio), preceduto sabato 10 gennaio dal Grand Prix de San Luìs.

The SMP Saddles’ stable is being created for the 2105 on road season. The agreement made just few weeks ago creates the double return to Piedmont after the experience got recently with Chirio-Forno d’Asolo. Meanwhile for the Servetto and Footn trademarks it means the return to the origins, as the Smp Saddles had already been the technical partner of the men Pro Tour team directed by Mauro Gianetti during the 2010 season, that had marked the entry of the Paduan company into the world of big cycling. Now, after two seasons of setting in, the rose team from Asti is on high level and presents the very respectful staffing level. Among the new entries, there are two strong Russian bikers. The national time and line champion Tatiana Antoshina and highly esteemed and very expert Elena Kuchinskaya (the first place among Russian bikers in the Uci ranking), both taken from the RusVelo team. Very important also the addition of granfondo queen from Bergamo, Manuela Sonzogni. There come also Michela Pavin from Vicenza that, during two latest seasons, pedaled with the Alè-Cipollini team, and new professionals Silvia Folloni from Piedmont woth Rosa-Fiorin and Emilian climber Elena Franchi from Valcar. The first season farewell at Asti had already took place, when looking forward to the debut scheduled in Argentina, during the Tour de San Luìs (January 11th -16th), preceded by Grand Prix de San Luis on January 10th.
